   This waffle maker was a pleasant surprise for the money. Different brands at the specialty stores were significantly more expensive. The cones cooked quickly and evenly and tasted great (used Chef’s Choice waffle cone mix). They were a big hit with the guests of our small party.

   I’ve been looking for one of these forever and really happy I found it finally. I love fresh made waffle cones as a cookie substitute and now my daughter does too. They are so much better than store bought and you know that they have the best ingredients in them because you used the best. I haven’t quite got the trick of the folding so you have no hole at the bottom. Oh well, I guess the less perfect ones are for the cook! Fun and only takes a few minutes to whip up a batch.

   I received this waffle cone maker a couple of weeks ago and I used it the day I got it. I made waffle cone cups for ice cream sundaes. Everybody loved them. I found that the recipe that uses butter didn’t stick, but the recipe using oil did stick a little. I’m sure my grandkids will have fun eating ice cream cones. The adults sure enjoyed it!!
